HELP HYPOACTIVE SUPPORT THE MS MEGASWIM

I am once again part of the HypoActive "StingRays", taking part in the 2010 Fitzroy 24 Hour Mega Swim to raise funds for people affected by multiple sclerosis. Multiple Sclerosis is the most common disease of the central nervous system and affects over 18,000 Australians.

MS Australia's goal is to assist everyone affected by MS to live life to their full potential and secure the care and support they need, until we ultimately find a cure.

HypoActive is a group of people with Type 1 Diabetes, committed to promoting an active lifestyle for those with Type 1 Diabetes through opportunities, information, inspiration, and support. This is the fourth time that we have entered a team in the MS MegaSwim - and we're aiming to beat last year's distance of 61.4km. My personal goal is to again be one of the overnight swimmers - doing hour-long relay shifts in the pool between sunset and sunrise.
