Friends,
In a moment of madness I have entered the 2010 Sydney 24 Hour Mega Swim and I have committed to fundraise $5,000 in support of those affected by MS.
For a full 24 hours from June 26th to 27th, fifteen of us (from Lend Lease) will take it in turns to lap up and down - and up and down - and up and down - for over 5km each at the Homebush Olympic Aquatic Centre. All for a good cause.
I know what you're going to ask and…… yes true to form (or stupidity), I have picked the graveyard shift - that means I'll be swimming out at Homebush between 9pm (Sat night) and 2am (Sunday morning). Feel free to come down and support me!

It is easy. Feel free to pass this on to any one else you think might want to help. The money raised goes to scholarships for people with MS to pursue dreams to study, set up a business or achieve sporting excellence in a way that works with the constraints MS places on daily living. Anything you can spare will make my pain in the pool worth it.
All information is secure and all donations will be sent electronically to MS Australia - ACT/NSW/VIC. A tax deductible receipt will be sent to your inbox once the donation is verified.
Multiple Sclerosis is a disease of the central nervous system affecting more young adult Australians than any other neurological condition.
Your donation will go towards MS Australia’s "Go for Gold" scholarship program.
