Terms and Conditions

Persons entering the 24hour Mega Swim must agree to the following:

I understand that swimming is a potentially hazardous activity. I attest that I am physically fit prior to undertaking the event. During the event I agree to, abide the directions of pool staff and volunteers and swim with care and consideration of others in the pool. In consideration of MS Limited permitting me to enter and participate in the 24 Hour Mega Swim and as a condition of such entry. I release Multiple Sclerosis Limited (MSL), ABN 66 004 942 287, its servants and agents from all claims for injury, loss or damage of whatever kind I might suffer as a result of any acts or omissions whether negligent or otherwise of MS limited, its servants or agents in relation to the event. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Refund Policy

Please note that requests for refunds must be received at least 2 weeks before the event for your cancellation to be
accepted. A $5 fee will be deducted from the entry fee to cover administration and handling
costs. Notification for cancelling an entry must be received in writing or by email.

Delivery & Time Frames

All information packs will be mailed out before the event. Your swimming pack will be available for pick up on the day of the event.
